I mean, the order did eventually arrive, but it was late and I didn’t really get any useful updates along the way. It was a bit frustrating not knowing what was going on.

The steak was kinda disappointing. It didn’t have much flavor and tasted a little old to me, so I didn’t feel like it was worth it.

I ordered from allenbrothers.com expecting the portions to be at least somewhat reasonable for what I paid, but they were way too small. Like, the kind of small where you open the package and think something is missing. The steak looked nice, the quality seemed okay, and everything arrived fine, but the amount just didn’t feel worth it. It reminded me of getting a fancy appetizer when you thought you ordered dinner, or paying for a full sandwich and getting half, or ordering fries and finding out it’s basically ten fries in a huge container. I kept thinking, for this price, there should be more here. Maybe some people are fine with that, but for me it felt like I paid a lot for barely enough food. I wouldn’t order again.

The box showed up beat up, way worse than what I usually see with other deliveries. The packaging was torn open and whatever was inside had leaked all over the place. Definitely not the kind of arrival you expect.

It tasted fine, nothing amazing, but for the price I expected way more. i feel like I wasted energy even bothering with it when there are cheaper options that are just as good or better

With this stuff, you never really know what you’re going to get. Sometimes it’s fine, other times it feels like they just tossed whatever in and called it a day.

When the meat arrived, it just didn’t look fresh. The color was dull, and there was a slight off smell that made me uncomfortable cooking it. I get that things happen, but when people are paying good money for food, it’s only fair to make sure it’s fresh and safe when it gets to them.

I sent these steaks as a birthday gift, and they ended up arriving two days late, which was frustrating. The packaging also looked messy when it got there, so it didn’t make the best impression. I understand delays can happen, but it was a bit embarrassing for a gift...

Ive ordered from Allen Brothers and they definitely have some good looking cuts, but the selection can feel a little hit or miss. I was trying to find a couple specific steak cuts and sizes, and either they werent available or only came in bigger packs than I needed. The quality of what they do offer seems solid, I just wish there were more choices for smaller orders.

I had a problem with one of my items from Allen Brothers and reached out to customer service about getting it replaced. They did get back to me, but it took a couple of messages and the whole thing felt slower than I expected.

In the end, they offered a replacement and eventually handled the refund side too, so I can’t say it was a terrible experience. I just wish the process had been clearer and quicker. For me, 3 stars feels about right

I grabbed a few steaks from Allen Brothers and cooked them the same way I always do. They turned out tender, no complaints there, but the flavor was kinda just okay, especially for the price. Not bad by any means, just didn’t have me saying “wow” or anything. I might give them another shot if they’re on sale, though

I ordered a few steaks and the flavor was good, but the tenderness wasnt super consistent. One steak cut really easy and was nice, but another one was a lot chewier than I expected. For the price, I was hoping the quality would be a little more even. Not terrible or anything, just kinda average for me.

I reached out to customer service about an issue with my order, and it took around a couple days to get anything back. When they did reply, it was mostly generic and didn’t really help fix the problem. It felt like I was getting passed around and no one actually wanted to deal with it. For the price, I expected way better. After about 2 or 3 messages with no real solution, I was just done. I probably won’t order from them again.

I ordered this thinking it would show up quickly, but nope... it took way longer than I expected!!! And there weren’t really any updates along the way either, which made it even more frustrating. annoying overall!!
